The traditional shape of our Classic curbside mailbox is the only thing this mailbox has in common with a typical curbside mailbox. The solid cast aluminum construction, with thicker walls than our competitors, provides added strength, and the powder coated finish will maintain a lifetime of beauty.
The Tacoma surface mount mailbox post is made of cast aluminum. Post dimensions are 42" H x 9" Dia. Base. Surface Mount installation is required.
This mailbox combination also includes an easy to install locking insert, to help protect from identity theft. Manufactured from rust free powder coated aluminum, the Lock Box firmly attaches to the bottom of the mailbox and cannot be removed without the key. The Lock Box insert is easly installed with four screws (included). Consult your local postmaster regarding regulations governing the installation of locking inserts.
